1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetVerifiedLeads.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetVerifiedLeads.com provides verified business contact data for sales and marketing purposes. We deliver lead lists containing business contact information including names, titles, company names, email addresses, and phone numbers sourced from publicly available and licensed databases.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the leads and data provided through our Service only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:

• Use the data for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute the raw data to third parties as a standalone product
• Use the data in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, or other applicable regulations
• Send unsolicited bulk email without proper opt-out mechanisms
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, free sample restrictions, or access controls

4. Free Sample

Each individual is entitled to one free sample per email address. Free samples are provided to demonstrate data quality and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue free samples at any time.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

• One-time plans (Sample Pack, Starter): Charged once at time of purchase. No recurring billing.
• Subscription plans (Growth, Agency): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. 97% Deliverability Guarantee

We guarantee that at least 97% of email addresses in your lead list will be deliverable. If your verified bounce rate exceeds 3% (as measured by a reputable email verification service), you are entitled to:

• A free replacement list for the undeliverable portion, OR
• A pro-rated refund for the undeliverable contacts

Guarantee claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with bounce verification evidence. Contact contact@getverifiedleads.com to file a claim.

7. Delivery

Free samples are delivered to your email within minutes. Paid orders are delivered within 24 hours. Growth and Agency subscribers receive weekly refreshed lists. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of data products, all sales are final once leads have been delivered. Refunds are available under the 97% deliverability guarantee (see Section 6) or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

9. Data Accuracy

While we make every effort to verify contact data before delivery, business contacts change over time. We do not guarantee that every field (phone number, title, LinkedIn URL) will be present for every contact. Our 97% guarantee applies specifically to email deliverability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GetVerifiedLeads.com — including design, logos, text, and software — is owned by GetVerifiedLeads and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our site content without permission.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetVerifiedLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetVerifiedLeads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the data provided, including any violations of applicable laws or regulations.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
