Getting your sample leads

Most sample leads arrive within 1–3 minutes. If yours hasn't shown up:

  • Check your spam/junk folder — search for "GetVerifiedLeads" or "your sample leads."
  • Check your Promotions tab (Gmail users) — emails with attachments often land there.
  • Confirm the email address you submitted was spelled correctly.
  • If it's been more than 10 minutes and nothing has arrived, email us at contact@getverifiedleads.com and we'll send it manually.

Each email address is eligible for one free sample. If you'd like to see leads in a different industry or location, the $29 Sample Pack gives you 50 fully verified leads with AI openers — the best way to evaluate quality across a specific niche before committing to a plan.

Sample leads are built based on the information you enter in the form — industry, job titles, and location. If your sample doesn't match what you entered, email us at contact@getverifiedleads.com and we'll rebuild it at no charge. Include your original request details so we can match them exactly.

Leads are delivered to the email address used at checkout. If you haven't received your order after 24 hours, check spam and then contact us.

Every lead list is delivered as a clean .xlsx Excel file with these columns:

  • First Name, Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Email Address (verified)
  • Phone Number (Growth & Agency plans)
  • LinkedIn Profile URL (Growth & Agency plans)
  • City, State, Country
  • AI-Written Opening Message (personalized per contact)

The file is CRM-ready and imports directly into HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Instantly, Smartlead, and most other tools.

  2. Confirm you placed the order with the correct email address (check your Stripe payment receipt).
  3. If it's been more than 24 hours, email contact@getverifiedleads.com with your order reference number (from your Stripe receipt). We'll resend immediately.

Yes — before your list is built. Email contact@getverifiedleads.com as soon as possible after placing your order with your updated criteria. Once the list has been delivered, we can't retroactively rebuild it, but we're happy to work with you on a replacement for future orders.

Replacements & our guarantee

Email contact@getverifiedleads.com with:

  • Your order reference number
  • The name and email address of the bounced contact
  • The bounce error message if available (hard bounce, invalid address, etc.)

We'll replace invalid contacts at no charge. Our goal is 97%+ deliverability on every list — if a batch falls short of that, we'll also refund the proportional difference.

Email us at contact@getverifiedleads.com with your order number and a list of the affected contacts. We review every quality claim within 1 business day. If the data is genuinely inaccurate, we replace the affected leads or issue a partial credit — whichever you prefer.

Every list is built fresh when your order is placed — we don't pull from a stale static database. Contacts are verified against email deliverability checks, public business records, and professional network data at the time of list creation. Because business data changes constantly (people change jobs, companies rebrand), we recommend sending your outreach within 30 days of receiving your list for the best deliverability results.

Plans, payments, and cancellations

Email contact@getverifiedleads.com before your next billing date and we'll cancel immediately — no questions asked, no retention flow. Include your order email address so we can locate your account quickly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to leads already delivered.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Leads not delivered: Full refund if your order was placed and no leads were delivered within 48 hours.
  • Deliverability below 97%: Proportional refund for the shortfall, plus a free replacement run.
  • Subscription cancelled before use: If you haven't downloaded your weekly batch yet, email us and we'll issue a refund for that period.

For refund requests, email contact@getverifiedleads.com with your order reference. We respond within 1 business day.

Email contact@getverifiedleads.com and tell us which plan you'd like to switch to. We'll update your subscription and prorate accordingly. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Email contact@getverifiedleads.com and we'll send you a secure Stripe link to update your card details. We never store your full card number — all payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or wire transfers at this time.

Charges from us will appear on your statement as "GetVerifiedLeads" or "Allgood Marketing". If you see a charge you don't recognize, email contact@getverifiedleads.com with the charge date and amount and we'll look into it right away.

High-volume and white-label

Yes. Agency plan subscribers can request white-labeled Excel reports without GetVerifiedLeads branding. Email us at contact@getverifiedleads.com to enable this for your account. White-labeled reports are delivered with your company name and logo where applicable.

Exclusivity is available on the Agency plan for specific niche + location combinations. Contact us at contact@getverifiedleads.com to discuss your requirements. Exclusive niches are locked for your account on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. Email contact@getverifiedleads.com with your monthly volume needs and target criteria. We can accommodate custom enterprise volumes with pricing based on your specific requirements.

When emailing, please include your order reference number (found in your Stripe receipt) and the email address used at purchase. This lets us find your account and respond faster.
